Janitori cleaning products are made in Canada. Confirm product compatibility with this machine before use.

This machine does not recover its own solution (READ FIRST)A rotary floor machine scrubs; it does not pick up. Every wet job needs a wet/dry vacuum or an auto-scrubber behind it to remove the slurry before it dries back onto the floor.
Neutral floor cleaner (scrub and recoat prep)Routine deep scrub of sealed or finished floors. Pad: RED (light) or BLUE (general) at 20". Dilute per label and keep the floor wet — a rotary at low RPM burns a dry floor.
Heavy-duty degreaser (alkaline)Kitchens, shops and heavy traffic film. Pad: GREEN (heavy scrub). Rinse and neutralize after a high-alkaline product before any finish is applied.
Floor stripper (finish removal)The job this machine is best at. Pad: BLACK (aggressive strip) at 20". Flood, dwell, scrub, then wet-vac the slurry, rinse and neutralize before recoating.
Floor finish / sealerApplied separately by mop or applicator after the strip, never through the machine.

What training is required to run this machine?

Follow the manufacturer operator manual and your workplace's required training and safety procedures before use.

How does freight delivery actually work?

You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight is free on orders $500+ to the lower 48. Full guide: how freight delivery works.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.

What warranty does it carry?

The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: 2 yrs. Parts/ 2 yrs. Labor. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.

Can I return it?

Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
