Product description

Tornado’s OB 20 orbital floor machine elevates traditional cleaning with a square pad design, 3/4 inch thick epoxycoated steel frame, 180 lbs. of down pressure, and 3,530 RPM brush speed. This machine provides fast, deep cleaning across multiple hard floor types and the ability for chemical-free finish removal, saving on chemical costs and protecting the health and safety of building occupants.

This machine does not recover its own solution (READ FIRST)A rotary floor machine scrubs; it does not pick up. Every wet job needs a wet/dry vacuum or an auto-scrubber behind it to remove the slurry before it dries back onto the floor.
Neutral floor cleaner (scrub and recoat prep)Routine deep scrub of sealed or finished floors. Pad: RED (light) or BLUE (general) at 14" x 20". Dilute per label and keep the floor wet — a rotary at low RPM burns a dry floor.
Heavy-duty degreaser (alkaline)Kitchens, shops and heavy traffic film. Pad: GREEN (heavy scrub). Rinse and neutralize after a high-alkaline product before any finish is applied.
Floor stripper (finish removal)The job this machine is best at. Pad: BLACK (aggressive strip) at 14" x 20". Flood, dwell, scrub, then wet-vac the slurry, rinse and neutralize before recoating.
Floor finish / sealerApplied separately by mop or applicator after the strip, never through the machine.

How does freight delivery actually work?

You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.
