The OB 28/20 Walk-Behind Orbital Scrubber combines powerful performance, sustainability, and durability. The adjustable down pressure of up to 132 lbs. and powerful brush and vacuum motors leave floors clean and dry, while the industry-leading 3530 RPM orbital brush speed provides chemical-free finish removal and significantly reduces water and chemical usage during daily cleaning. With durable construction and an industry-leading lifetime warranty on isolators, you can clean with confidence with the OB 28/20.

  1. Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
  2. Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
  3. Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
  4. Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.

What training is required to run this machine?

Follow the manufacturer operator manual and your workplace's required training and safety procedures before use.

How does freight delivery actually work?

You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight for this machine is a flat rate to the lower 48, shown at checkout before you pay, and a liftgate is $150 per order if you have no dock or forklift. Full guide: how freight delivery works.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.

What warranty does it carry?

Can I return it?

Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer.
