Product description

- Universal voltage: one model for 110-240V AC, 50/60 Hz
- Rated at about 200 W (0.8-1.9 A)
- Infrared sensor with automatic shut-off after about 85 seconds if an object blocks the outlet
- cULus listed and CE marked; ADA compliant
Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.
