Product description
The WHISPER Raven is Sandia's 10-quart backpack vacuum built on a 1.5 HP, 2-Stage vacuum motor rated at 122 CFM and 1146 watts, worn on the back for continuous walking vacuuming of carpet, hard floors and upholstery. This 20-2002 configuration ships includes the power head accessory kit (10-0163-COM). The interchangeable lid converts the unit into a blower, and the disposable micro-bag sits inside a washable cloth shakeout bag.

How does freight delivery actually work?

What warranty does it carry?
The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: Lifetime (body); 5-year (motor/electrical); 90-day (tools). For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
