The CT51 BT60 is IPC Eagle's premium compact-midsize walk-behind scrubber with a 24" dual 12"-disc deck, self-propelled traction drive, and 13/14-gallon solution/recovery tanks — cleaning up to 23,000 sq ft/hr for up to 3.5 hours per charge. It runs IPC's signature innovations: SLS self-leveling brush deck, ANC advanced noise control (58 dB), spin-on/spin-off tool-free brushes, Eco Select mode, and an optional 600 RPM high-speed head. Best fit for retail, healthcare, education, hospitality, automotive/garage, and cleaning-contractor accounts needing quiet, high-productivity hard-floor scrubbing.

How does freight delivery actually work?
You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. What happens if it arrives damaged?
Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.
What warranty does it carry?
The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: 10 yr poly tanks/housings; 3 yr automatic-scrubber components; 1 yr all other parts + 1 yr labor (authorized service center); batteries pro-rated 1 yr; travel 90 days (battery equipment). Wear items (pads, brushes, pad drivers, squeegee blades) excluded.. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
