Product description
The SM350 is a walk-behind carpet extractor built for hotels, offices and conference centers: a 13.8-inch cleaning width, 160 PSI suction, a 10.5-gallon solution tank and 8-gallon recovery tank, with a 49-foot cord for working across large rooms without switching outlets. An included upholstery tool extends it to chairs and sofas, and an automatic low-water shut-off protects the pump. Backed by Sanitmax's 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
