Product description

SMARTdri Plus is an automatic high-speed hand dryer that dries hands in as little as 10 seconds at 68 dBA. Heating can be switched on or off and a 3-speed motor control tunes sound, comfort and energy use. Antimicrobial-treated surfaces and IP24 water protection; 10-year limited warranty.

  1. Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
  2. Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
  3. Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
  4. Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.
