Product description

The Pegasus Platinum 1350 is built for hard surfaces in high-traffic commercial and industrial environments with stone, concrete, tile and grout flooring. It pairs a Leeson 2 HP AC motor, the type used in truck mounts, with a Cat ceramic plunger pump. With top mounted dual 5.7 3-stage vacuum motors mounted in parallel that produce 200 CFM and 100" of lift allowing for up to 150 ft of hose length with excellent water recovery and dry time. This listing is the machine only; wand and hose are sold separately. Backed by U.S. Products' 10-year limited housing, 2-year major components and 90-day limited wear parts warranty.

Low-foam requirement (READ FIRST)A carpet extractor pulls used solution back through the vacuum motor. Only LOW-FOAM carpet-extraction chemistry may be used — foam builds in the 12.5 Gallon Auto Dump (15 Gpm) recovery tank, gets pulled into the vac motor and destroys water lift.
Low-foam carpet-extraction detergent (primary)The everyday deep-clean chemistry for offices, hotels, schools and restoration work. Meter at label dilution into the 12 Gallon Autofill solution tank. Pump runs to 400-1350 psi — follow the dilution for the pressure you are running.
Pre-spray / traffic-lane cleanerPre-spray heavy soil and traffic lanes, let it dwell, then extract. Releases soil faster and cuts the number of passes, which matters more than raw machine power on heavily soiled carpet.
Defoamer (protects the vac motor)Keep a defoamer on hand and dose the recovery tank the moment foam appears. A vacuum motor killed by foam costs far more than the defoamer.
Carpet protector (finishing pass)Applied as a separate pass after extraction to extend soil resistance between cleans.

What training is required to run this machine?

Follow the manufacturer operator manual and your workplace's required training and safety procedures before use.

How does freight delivery actually work?

You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight is free on orders $500+ to the lower 48, and a liftgate is included if you have no dock or forklift. Full guide: how freight delivery works.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.

What warranty does it carry?

The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: 10-year limited housing; 2-year major components; 90-day limited wear parts. For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.

Can I return it?

Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
