Tornado’s® Brute Force Series of High-Speed Burnishers provide excellence in design, operator comfort, and unsurpassed burnishing performance. The specially patented design and precision balanced weight distribution delivers full pad-to-floor contact and 2,000 RPMs, resulting in a smooth, even gloss and greater efficiency.

Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.

No cleaning solution runs through a burnisher (READ FIRST)A burnisher polishes an already-clean, already-dry floor. Scrub and dry the floor first — burnishing over soil at high RPM grinds that soil into the finish and dulls it permanently.
Spray-buff / restorer (the only chemistry used at the machine)Misted lightly ahead of the pad on a 20" pass to repair scuffs and pull gloss back up between recoats. Use sparingly; a wet floor under a high-speed pad throws slurry and streaks.
Burnishable floor finish (applied earlier, by mop)The gloss comes from the finish, not the machine. Use a finish rated for burnishing — soft finishes powder, swirl and mark at burnishing speed. Finish is applied by applicator, never through this machine.
Neutral floor cleaner (the step before)Daily maintenance on the finished floor is a neutral cleaner and an auto-scrubber or mop. A high-alkaline product left on the floor will haze the finish the burnisher is trying to polish.
Dust controlBurnishing generates fine finish dust — keep the pad clean and service the filter or bag on schedule or the dust redeposits on the floor you just polished.
