Sanitizing Wipe Companion, 15" x 28", 18 gallon Waste Receptacle with Double-Beaded bottom and vinyl trim features satin stainless steel body and a flat top, finger-print proof Black Textured lid with 8" opening and Vinyl TOWELS graphic in Black affixed to can just below top. Includes a removable LLDPE plastic liner with lift openings. The liner base resin meets UL94 Flammability Stylish collection of color coordinated receptacles designed to compliment any indoor area of your facility.
- All units have fire-safe bodies with solid bottoms.
- Contains over 60% recycled material and 100% post-consumer recyclable.

Receiving — do not sign clean
- Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
- Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
- Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
- Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.

How does freight delivery actually work?

What warranty does it carry?
The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: 1-year limited (Ex-Cell Kaiser). For a claim, contact us first. We open it with the manufacturer, coordinate parts or service, and stay on it until it is resolved.
Can I return it?
Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer. It must be unused or in like-new condition with its original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer, and some manufacturers apply a restocking fee, which we pass through at cost.
