Product description

The ThinAir TA-GR-H is an automatic, sensor-operated, surface-mounted hand dryer from Excel Dryer in a textured graphite cover, fitted with an electrostatic HEPA filter. It dries hands in about 14 seconds at 27-44 CFM and 66-74 dB(A), with adjustable heat. This 110-120V version carries Excel Dryer's 5-year limited warranty.

  1. Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
  2. Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
  3. Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
  4. Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.
