Product description

The NAMCO Floorwash 5000 Battery Bundle washes, scrubs and dries hard floors in a single pass without power cords or outlet limits. NAMCO says its Floorwash battery models run up to 60 minutes. It is built for high-traffic facilities.

Receiving — do not sign clean

Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.

Janitori cleaning products are made in Canada. Confirm product compatibility with this machine before use.

Neutral floor cleaner (daily maintenance)Everyday scrubbing of sealed or finished hard floors. Pad: RED (light clean) or BLUE (general scrub) at the machine pad size. Meter at label dilution into the solution tank. LOW-FOAM IS MANDATORY — the machine pulls used solution back through the vacuum motor, and a high-foam product will foam over the recovery tank and can damage the vac motor.
Heavy-duty degreaser (alkaline)Grease, tire and scuff marks and heavy traffic film in kitchens, back-of-house and industrial areas. Pad: GREEN (heavy scrub). Use a low-foam, non-butyl auto-scrubber degreaser only. Rinse if a high-alkaline residue is left behind.
Floor stripper (finish removal)Removing old finish or wax. Pad: BLACK (aggressive strip) at the machine pad size. Strippers are high-foam by nature — dose a defoamer into the recovery tank, and neutralize and rinse the floor before any finish goes back down.
Floor finish / sealerNot applied by the scrubber. The machine is the strip and scrub-prep tool; finish and sealer are laid down separately by mop or applicator once the floor is clean and dry.

How does freight delivery actually work?

You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window.
