Product description

The NAMCO Scooter Junior Carpet Extractor and Wet/Dry Vac is a powerful, versatile and durable machine. It comes with a 50 ft solution hose and a 50 ft vacuum hose, and its built-in dump valve releases dirty water into a toilet so you never carry it. Two 2-stage vacuum motors give a 180 in water lift and the 120 PSI solution pump feeds a 10-gallon waste tank. Made in U.S.A.

Receiving — do not sign clean

  1. Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
  2. Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
  3. Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
  4. Write the damage on the delivery receipt. A clean signature on a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard. Then call 1-866-989-7489 the same day.

How does freight delivery actually work?

You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight is free on orders $500+ to the lower 48. Full guide: how freight delivery works.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.

What warranty does it carry?
