Product description

The FORCE 14 is Sandia's commercial upright vacuum with a 14-inch cleaning path (18-inch head optional), a 12-amp/1000-watt vacuum motor and a separate 4000-RPM brush motor that automatically shuts off when the handle is raised to protect carpet. It ships with upholstery brush, dusting brush and crevice tool, and carries UL commercial-use approval.

Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
