Product description

The Tornado BD 14/4 (99414) is a compact, cordless 14" disc auto-scrubber built to replace the mop-and-bucket in tight, congested spaces — QSRs, c-stores, restrooms, classrooms and health clubs. Its integrated parabolic squeegee sits just 1" behind the pad for near-instant water recovery even around 180° turns, and the maintenance-free AGM battery with onboard charger eliminates the trip hazard of a cord. A collapsible handle plus rear wheels let it store on-end in a closet.

  • 14" disc cleaning path in a compact, low-profile body that reaches under tables, counters and partitions previously done by mop-and-bucket
  • Integrated parabolic squeegee mounted just 1" behind the pad — instant water recovery, leaves floors dry even around 180° turns (low-moisture design)
  • Cordless: maintenance-free 24V AGM battery pack (2 × 12V) with onboard charger — no trip-hazard cord, up to ~70 min run time
  • 3-position adjustable, collapsible ergonomic handle fits any operator height and folds for on-end closet storage (rear wheels)
  • Quiet 69 dB(A) operation suitable for daytime cleaning during business hours
  • Easy access: lift off the removable solution tank to fill/dump and to reach the batteries; polyethylene tanks (3.5 gal sol / 4 gal rec)

What training is required to run this machine?

Follow the manufacturer operator manual and your workplace's required training and safety procedures before use.

How does freight delivery actually work?

You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight for this machine is a flat rate to the lower 48, shown at checkout before you pay, and a liftgate is $150 per order if you have no dock or forklift. Full guide: how freight delivery works.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.

What warranty does it carry?

The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: 10 yr plastic tanks & rotationally-molded body; 2 yr parts; 1 yr labor; 1 yr batteries (prorated, via battery mfr). Can I return it?

Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer.
