Product description

The Tornado BR 22/14T is a 22-inch traction-drive cylindrical walk-behind auto scrubber built for tile, grout, and textured hard floors where a disc/pad machine can't reach into the surface. Twin cylindrical brushes deliver 4–6x the contact pressure of rotary scrubbers while using up to 30% less solution, cleaning up to 22,000 sq ft/hr at a LEED-qualifying 67 dB(A). Ships with a roto-molded polyethylene body backed by a 10-year tank/body warranty, on-board charger, and two 12V batteries.

  • Twin cylindrical brushes — 4–6x the contact pressure of rotary/disc scrubbers; deep-clean tile, grout, slate, paver brick and textured/non-slip floors a pad can't reach
  • Traction drive (self-propelled) — reduces operator fatigue over large runs
  • 22" cleaning path, up to 22,000 sq ft/hr productivity
  • Uses ~30% less solution than comparable disc scrubbers; LEED-qualifying 67 dB(A) quiet operation
  • 33" parabolic squeegee — ~100% solution recovery even on 180° turns; four-sided rear blade with quick-release for fast changeovers
  • Roto-molded polyethylene body + built-in vacuum-motor moisture protection; 10-year tank/body warranty
  • Clamshell design for easy battery + vac-motor service access; front-mounted drain hose for on-the-go dumping (no floor drain needed)
  • 24V battery power with on-board charger included; Lead-Acid / AGM / TPPL battery options
  • Cylindrical brushes outlast rotary pads ~100:1 — one brush set per ~100 floor pads
  • Four optional brush grades (super-soft, soft, medium, hard-grit) tune aggression to any hard-floor surface

What training is required to run this machine?

Follow the manufacturer operator manual and your workplace's required training and safety procedures before use.

How does freight delivery actually work?

You get tracking and carrier details by email when it leaves the warehouse. A machine that travels on a pallet is delivered by appointment: the carrier phones to book a window. Freight for this machine is a flat rate to the lower 48, shown at checkout before you pay, and a liftgate is $150 per order if you have no dock or forklift. Full guide: how freight delivery works.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Write the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before the driver leaves, then call us the same day. We file the claim with the carrier, not you.

What warranty does it carry?

The warranty the manufacturer publishes for this model: 10 yr tanks/roto-molded body, 2 yr parts, 1 yr labor (authorized service center), 1 yr prorated batteries (via battery mfr). Can I return it?

Call us within 30 days of delivery if the machine is not right for your facility and we arrange the return with the manufacturer.
