Product description

The Phantom 20 is the step up: a self-propelled, traction-drive walk-behind for medium and large floors. The drive motor does the pushing, the 16 gallon tanks run up to four hours between fills, and the three-stage vacuum with a 35 inch max-recovery squeegee leaves floors dry in one pass. Built for big-box retail, schools, hospitals and manufacturing floors where a ride-on is overkill but a push scrubber wears the operator out.

Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.
Walk the pallet. Check the shrink-wrap, the crate corners and the machine itself — forks go through crates more often than anyone admits.
Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.
