Product description

A 12-gallon portable box-and-wand extractor built for deep restorative cleaning: 150 psi pump, dual 2-stage vacuums (150" lift) and a clamshell body over a metal baseplate for durability. At 78 lbs with a stair-climbing handle and 10" rear wheels it moves between floors easily. A heated version (BX12H, FXBX12H) adds an in-line heater for hot-water extraction.
