Product description

A 12-gallon portable box-and-wand extractor built for deep restorative cleaning: 150 psi pump, dual 2-stage vacuums (150" lift) and a clamshell body over a metal baseplate for durability. At 78 lbs with a stair-climbing handle and 10" rear wheels it moves between floors easily. A heated version (BX12H, FXBX12H) adds an in-line heater for hot-water extraction.

Low-foam requirement (READ FIRST)Box-and-wand extractor — LOW-FOAM chemistry only. Foam entering the dual 11-gal recovery tanks can reach the dual 2-stage vac motors and damage them; dose a commercial defoamer concentrate in the recovery tank per its label if any product foams.
Carpet extraction detergent (low-foam, higher-pressure)The 150 psi pump drives solution deeper than the SC7's 50 psi — pair a Janitori low-foam extraction detergent for deep restorative cleaning via the 12" wand.
Traffic-lane / spot pre-sprayPre-spray a Janitori traffic-lane pre-spray on heavy soil and spots, dwell, then hot-wand extract (use the heated BX12H for grease/oily soils where 200F solution helps).
