Product description

The Viper CEX410 is Nilfisk's value-line self-contained carpet extractor: a 16" cleaning-path, 9-gallon machine that sprays, brush-agitates and vacuum-recovers in a single pass for maintaining wide-open carpeted areas — hotel corridors, lobbies, offices, meeting rooms. It runs quiet at 68 dB(A) for daytime cleaning, uses a detachable 50 ft cord, and has an adjustable handle with large transport wheels plus a foot-operated parking stand to protect the brush in storage. It is the affordable entry point to commercial self-contained extraction below the Nilfisk Advance ES300.

Low-foam requirement (READ FIRST)Self-contained extractors pull dirty solution back through a 3-stage vacuum motor. Only LOW-FOAM extraction chemistry may be used — foam fills the small 6-gal recovery tank and gets ingested by the vac motor, killing recovery and damaging the motor. Always keep a defoamer (e.g. MPL-0950-125P) on hand and dose it into the recovery tank when using any chemistry that foams.
Carpet extraction detergent (low-foam) — dailyPair a Janitori commercial LOW-FOAM carpet extraction detergent for routine deep cleaning of the 9-gal solution tank. This is the core consumable; dilute per label for the CEX410's cold-water spray.
Pre-spray / traffic-lane cleanerFor heavily soiled traffic lanes (hotel corridors, lobby entries), pre-spray a Janitori traffic-lane/pre-spray, dwell, then extract with the CEX410. Improves soil release on a cold-water machine that has no onboard heat.
Carpet protector (applied after extraction)After extraction and while damp, a Janitori carpet protector can be applied separately (pump-up sprayer) to extend appearance retention in high-traffic commercial carpet. The CEX410 does not apply protector itself.
