Product description

The PFX3S is Powr-Flite's compact self-contained carpet extractor for tight spaces — small offices, stairs, churches, guest rooms and other confined commercial carpet. Brush, vacuum and tanks are onboard; a 1,000 RPM chevron brush agitates a 14" path and the 'no-slosh' lift-off recovery tank makes dumping easy. Folding handle stores small; light enough (51 lb) for one person to carry up stairs.

Count the pieces against the bill of lading before the driver leaves. A machine, its batteries and its accessories can ship as separate items.

Photograph any damage before you sign. Once the driver has your signature the photographs are worth much less.

Low-foam requirement (READ FIRST)Small 3-gal self-contained unit — use LOW-FOAM extraction chemistry only and keep a defoamer in the recovery tank. With just 3 gal of recovery volume, foam fills fast and can reach the vac motor. Non-heated: dose for tap-water temperature.
Neutral-pH extraction detergent (routine)Pair a Janitori low-foam NEUTRAL-pH carpet detergent for spot and small-area cleaning in offices, guest rooms and stairs — this machine's core use. Neutral pH is safe on most commercial and residential fibers.
Pre-spray / traffic-lane (spot heavy soil)For heavier spots, pre-spray a Janitori traffic-lane pretreatment, dwell, then extract. Keeps the small tank from being overworked on stubborn soil.
Carpet protector (optional finish)Apply a Janitori carpet protector separately by sprayer after cleaning stairs/entries that re-soil quickly.
